• Yay for procrastination over homework…  I colored my hair for the first time!  Though it doesn’t seem to be showing up.  I think my hair’s too dark for 10 day color or something.  Ah oh well.  Getting bored with my hair.  Today has been an alright day.  Some band members from Snider visited us during practice.  It was sweet.    And I forgot to sign the banner for Heritage…  I am so tired.  Man.. when band season’s over, I am going to sleeeeeeeep… oooh sleep.  How I miss you so.  And get practicing on my ISSMA piece.  It’s eh… difficult!  The hardest thing I have ever attempted.  Makes “Peter and the Wolf” look like child’s play.  And eh.. yeah!  No private lesson teacher.  Although the whole thing only has like three different key signatures and I believe… it’s 4/4 from beginning to end… but I’ll have to double check that.  Just the notes are eh… how do I say this.. ah yes.  Insane.    Looks fun, though.  I think one measure utilizes every single note that is possible to play on a flute.  Somethin’ like that… yeeeeah… Oh, and I decided not to do a piccolo solo.  Can’t ask Logy to accompany me on both, and going unaccompanied in division two wouldn’t.. lol.. wouldn’t be worth it to say the least.  That piccolo drives me nuts.  Something is always falling apart.  Worse than my flute!  Which I still need to fix…  Anyhoo, other than music… … hm.  What else is there?    Oh, well… I think I like Angels & Demons a lot better than The Da Vinci Code… although I haven’t read much of it yet.  Still.  Well, maybe it’ll get better.  I mean it’s a good book, don’t get me wrong.  Just.. well… I like the other one better thus far.  I shall see.  After this, I’m going to read The Invisible Man I think.  Left over from academic superbowl last year.  Only had to read the 1st chapter.  Seemed interesting enough.  Sitting on my shelf all lonely and unopened… needs to be read.  Any suggestions of anything else I could read?  Maybe I ought to put that in bold.
